As already mentioned Mr*** was on no set schedule for pumping He was compensated for his pumping on Saturday AWES had no obligation to do this His claim about others is baseless We feel we went above and beyond what was needed

Background information This customer was on a "will call" status The pumping schedule was very erratic ranging from every month to as many as three months All of this info is contained in our pump logs The customer called our dispatch at 7:PM on a Friday evening
wanting a truck to come out and pump his tanks immediately Our dispatch explained that we could not have a truck there until the next day His last pumping prior to this was about four and a half weeks The customer became irate with our dispatch Our dispatch told the customer to find someone else Ownership spoke to Mr***, the customer the next day We actually paid another contractor to pump the tanks on Saturday just as a goodwill gesture Mr*** came to our offices and received a check for the other contractor's invoice the following week We have a letter signed by Mr*** acknowledging that we will no longer service his account as a mutual agreement The bottom line is AWES actually went above and beyond what a company needs to do on an at will agreement Mr*** suffered no out of pocket money loss what so ever We have a cancelled check and an agreement signed by Mr*** verifying it all Thank you

I am rejecting this response because:they didn't offer to pump the next day as they state. It was going to be  a few days after, Monday leaving me hanging flooded over a busy weekend.  I had to find a emergency pump company which AWES offered no help. They did pay me for the pump job less their regular charge of 114.00. Basically they got paid for nothing and leaving me flooded. They are doing this to several others in the area as I have been told since my situation. All I'm saying is they are not a reputable company unless you are paying them thru the nose for service. They set my rates and I never asked for anything but service once a month. The random pumping they speak of wasn't my choice and was never the deal, they just don't have it together. thats all..
