AFFC LLC DBA AFFC Lawncare

I contacted this lawn care as they came highly recommended. My first service was on March 31, 2018. I was told for the initial clean up or extra work I desired there would be an extra fee. I sent pictures of the clean up area and the yard. I was contacted and told I would be charged $100. They came on the 31st, however did not clean the area requested. They cleaned the yard next to me and bagged leaves. Why? I don't know because I sent them pictures. I was told they would refund 1/2 of my money back and come back and complete the job. That never happened. On April 12th I received a notice my account was being debited for my upcoming service to be completed on the 13th. I returned from out of town on 14th and the yard was not done. I contacted the office on Monday the 16th and asked if the yard had been done, if so the same yellow flowers that had been growing in the grass was still there. I indicated I did not want to switch to another business, however they would need to give a service when I pay. I immediately received a message stating they were terminating my services with them as I could not be satisfied. Really! I called you out on your lack of professionalism, collecting money and not performing the service and you terminate me. You try to patronize a black owned business, but you can't they are messy. DO NOT USE AFFC LAWN CARE....they are unreliable and does not render good services.
