Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted] Please add your rejection comments below I was not told that my repairs would not be covered by [redacted] until AFTER I received a bill in the mail and called to inquire about the bill I would NEVER have agreed to have work done without knowing IF I was being charged and HOW much PRIOR to services being rendered I contacted [redacted] and [redacted] contacted Augusta Fuel If there was a miscommunication it was between them I allowed the service to be completed at my home ONLY because I was under the distinct impression that there was to be no cost to myself I would have declined services otherwise Regards, [redacted]
In reference to the complaint by [redacted] , ***replies that:Ms [redacted] was in fact notified that [redacted] would not coverthe electrical work prior to the repair and we made several attempts on herbehalf with [redacted] to request that they change their position Because she feels she does not have theability to pay does not negate the fact that we did in fact perform the work toher satisfaction and she has received the benefit of the service We have offered payment arrangements in lightof the fact that she has limited income which she has refused

I was not told that my repairs would not be covered by [redacted] until AFTER I received a bill in the mail and called to inquire about the bill. I would NEVER have agreed to have work done without knowing IF I was being charged and HOW much PRIOR to services being rendered. I contacted [redacted] and [redacted] contacted Augusta Fuel. If there was a miscommunication it was between them. I allowed the service to be completed at my home ONLY because I was under the distinct impression that there was to be no cost to myself. I would have declined services otherwise.
