The products have a very good description in the page, everything you need to know to acquire them, the website is clean and organized; The prices that this store has are very competitive, my TV Stand arrived earlier than expected, I had a problem with a piece that arrived broken, but when I contacted customer service they were very receptive and responded immediately; A few days later I had my replacement, they really were very efficient and courteous at all times to solve the problem and in the end they made sure that my replacement had arrived on time and that I was happy.

This store left me pleasantly surprised, the customer service is the best I have been able to receive from an online store, the advice they gave me was very personalized, they helped me choose the furniture that best suited my needs, they also kept me informed throughout the shipping process, my new room was beautiful and modern, the prices I got were quite good compared to other searches I did previously, thanks for such a pleasant experience.

I would definitely order from here again. The product was at a great price, the sofa took a while to get delivered, but we weren't in any hurry. They gave us plenty of notice for delivery, it was in excellent condition, I couldn't be happier with my experience.

The item arrived on time, I am delighted with my product and online ordering process, was very easy and fast, but when examining my table I noticed that had an imperfect on top, when I called customer support, the rep said he would contact the supplier. He did, I got a call right away from the supplier and they sent out a new top right away, they were very conscientious about keeping my updated on the progress of my order, the table look amazing!

This company has excellent prices and a white glove delivery option, the ordering process was very easy, I haven't used customer support yet, everything is going great. The website and product list are amazing, they have a wide variety and options. I am very excited to receive my table.

We needed two chairs to match our dining set. Online search found the Afa site and they were competitive with our local furniture store, our order was delivered when they said it would be and the product arrived in good condition. Assembly was easy, the chairs are very sturdy and look beautiful in our dining room.

I ordered a chair to match my desk for my home office. It arrived sooner than I expected, was very well-packed so that it wouldn't be broken and it was easy to put together. The chair is well-built and of great quality, the customer service people were very friendly and helpful and status updates were very timely.

When I buy a furniture online, I'm always a bit nervous as far as the quality of the furniture and the online store, but this was one of the best experiences I've had, we ordered a console table, and it arrived on time. I noticed that one of the drawers was imperfect, so I sent an email and received a reply within hours, then I received notice that a replacement would be sent, and a follow up with tracking number was received a day later. They are very cost competitive. I will look to them for future purchase.

I ordered a very nice queen size bed, it's great. The ordering process as well as the delivery was first class. I am thrilled with the bed. The white glove delivery was just as expected with the piece being well protected and placed exactly where I wanted it. The delivery team unloaded, unpacked and set up my bed and were very efficient and friendly.
Delivery took longer than expected but it is understandable given the global logistics problem caused by Covid, they informed me immediately, allowing me to decide if I wanted it. I did, and it was sent out on the day promised.
I'm very satisfied with the price, quality of my order, thanks for making this a pleasant experience.

Easy order, and very regular updates on when the items might be shipped. That surprised me, the regular updates rather than a long silence. The product arrived as anticipated and looked great. With a little assembly of the parts after receiving the shipment, my dining room chairs were ready to go within an hour. Good quality furniture. Well done!

We were kept informed during the entire process. Although the product was on backorder, there was no doubt about when it was expected to be back in stock and it was shipped to us in short order after that date. I love finding stores that are so committed and who stay in touch with their customers, care about their needs and make the shopping experience the best of all. The price was really good compared to other online furniture stores. Everything with the ordering and shipping went perfect and the bookcase was fairly easy to assemble.

I had ordered a piece of furniture and after submitting order, realized it would not fit (yes, I did measure first). I called AFA stores and requested to cancel the order and they did! The whole thing was handled professionally, and promptly. The credited my account and shipment deleted.

All my questions were answered. I bought a dining set and three barstools, I was kept informed about delivery via emails. Furniture arrived immaculately packed and in perfect condition.
Even though I was missing some parts for two of my barstools, the customer service was off the charts. I got a call concerning my credit card validation from someone who ended up being what felt like my personal customer service agent throughout my whole experience. I talked to the same person every time I had any issues at all hours of the week. And it was direct dial! I would use this site again! Very pleased with this company.

Very impressed with the outstanding customer service and follow up. Every request or question I had about the purchase and delivery of my furniture was answered promptly and professionally.
We were notified very quickly that our item would be on backorder and given the chance to cancel the order or wait for the backorder. Very refreshing and unlike some other stores online that do not provide any information.
