Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:The did not wrap our white couch because he said he thought it was leatherWhat mover does not know the difference between white micro fiber and leather? They put TV's on the bottom with weight on themI told them to use the blankets we had then tell me when they ran outWe found blankets just thrown in ballsThe people that unpacked said that it was done horribly and we have multiple pics that we will be submitting for an insurance claimOur wood chairs were all damagedThere was tons of bubble wrap that was left and unused so their excuses are just bull!! We have thousands of dollars in damaged furnitureOur white couch cost $to clean and it still have marks all over itAll they had to do was shrink wrap the couch and they did notThey had miles worth of shrink wrap left when they were doneThe fact that they said the couch was leather is total stupid because anyone can tell leather and micro fiberEspecially someone who moves things for a living Sincerely, [redacted]

policy he stated  it's  OK I'll get it  I felt  very uncomfortable on being there as there was  infants in the house  to make things more  uneasy but I honestly  I  felt we did a very good job for him that concludes all thank you for taking the  time to hear   our side of this!!...

[redacted] aero moving X press fines this totally untrue we have all 3 witnesses to proof other wise the bottom line is its his responsibility to provide  blankets when he clearly stated don't worry about it all 3 of stand to witness. What he clearly said the fact that I fill was a deliberate act to get-a discounted  pack & load  this also  is a matter  of a 3rd party  action  that concludes my report to the best of  my ability ....

They put TV's on the bottom with weight on them. I told them to use the blankets we had then tell me when they ran out. We found blankets just thrown in balls. The people that unpacked said that it was done horribly and we have multiple pics that we will be submitting for an insurance claim. Our wood chairs were all damaged. There was tons of bubble wrap that was left and unused so their excuses are just bull!! We have thousands of dollars in damaged furniture. Our white couch cost $300 to clean and it still have marks all over it. All they had to do was shrink wrap the couch and they did not. They had miles worth of shrink wrap left when they were done. The fact that they said the couch was leather is total stupid because anyone can tell leather and micro fiber. Especially someone who moves things for a living.
