I am rejecting this response because: this company switched it I told the salesperson I wanted to buy the [redacted] item, he said no problem, we can just buy it right here I purchased that item and now the store is trying to change the item I bought Why was the item pulled from [redacted] if I didn't buy it?

Review: Adventure sports is advertising a 14 day return on [redacted] and 7 days to return from their store. when I walked into the store I asked to see the item and asked if I could pick it up with the [redacted] buy it now option with a 14 day return. Employee told me yes and we can do it right now. I then asked what about the listing, he said he would take care of it and don't worry about it. I then went in to return the item two days later not used but one of the bolts for a strap seem to be stripping and the kayak doesn't fit me comfortably. The owner just kept repeating no refunds and he would not be honoring his return policy as he listed on the advertisement.Desired Settlement: Return item per his [redacted] and store policy.
