Adventure Rock Climbing Gym

I signed my kids up for a climbing class at Adventure Rock, through our local Parks Department. My kids had so much fun that I decided to get them a membership. It required a Credit Card so I used one that had not been used in a very long time. Within 3 days of signing up, someone was using my card to try and pay for motel rooms and other traveling type expenses. I cancelled the card and went in to let Adventure Rock know since they were the only ones who had that card #. I asked to speak to a Manager but was told they were all out for the week traveling. umm, what? Traveling where my card was supposedly used?! I canceled the membership then and there. However, a month later Adventure Rock tried to bill the canceled card for a new months membership. This meant another call to again cancel the membership and that was supposedly done and finished. But wait, it didn't end there. Now a second month later, I have yet again been informed that Adventure Rock has again tried to bill the canceled card but now for 2 months worth of membership. So with this latest call to cancel the membership, I insisted on speaking with a manager, but again was informed that they are all traveling and won't be in the office for a week. Hmm, how conveniant. Every time I try and speak to a manager, they are 'Out of the office'. And every time they try to charge my card, the managers are traveling and I can't talk to them. Something is not right. Every time I try to cancel, I am told it is taken care of but it isn't. And whenever I try to speak to a manager to get it resolved, they are not available. Adventrue Rock continues to send me in circles, giving me the runaround.
I could never recommend this company, but if you do go there, watch your credit card statement like a hawk!!!
