Red tinted contact lenses help me see when it is sunny or bright outdoors. My eye doctor ordered my contact lenses from this manufacturer of tinted contact lenses. On several occasions. This time Adventure in colors sent two different colored contact lenses and they were not dark enough. So we sent them back to be corrected. They came back darker but still two different colors and not dark enough. This happened two more times. 10/18/2019, 12/6/2019 and 1/6/2020. Now they refuse to take them back or fix them. They dont return my calls or respond to my comment left on their page. The only thing I wanted was to be able to see outdoors and function like a normal human being and Adventure in colors has taken that away from me and my money. I only wanted Adventure in colors to sent me the
red contact lenses in to same color dark enough for me to function.a
To whom this may concern,
In order for me to be able to pull this patient's records I will need the practitioners info, who ordered these lenses for him. AS of FDA regulations, we are not allow to work directly with patients, therefor there has to be an eye doctor involved. As soon as we receive this info, we will look into the records and see what happened and how we can help him. SInce we bill the doctors office only, we never know how much they retail our lenses for. I can assure you that $675 was not charged from our end

I was able to find the records for this patient
As far as FDA regulations goes, we do not work directly patients. This patient got the products through Horner Family eye care back in 01/2019
We started the process for his order back on 10/18/2017
On 11/3/2017, we made 2 custom pairs
On 10/18/2019 we made a new pair as before – the patient claimed the color of the lenses were not dark enough, so we modified them at No Charge on 11/15/2019
On 12/06/2019 we received the lenses back again, he was complaining 1 was not matching the other one, so we modified 2 lenses to each other at No Charge again
We received the lenses back again and modified them again at No Charge on 1/6/2020
As far as we are concerned, we tried to please him as best way as we can.
Now we received this email of complain
We never bill to the patients, therefor we never know how much doctors mark our products.
We sure did not get paid the amount he is requesting back
Our Company custom colors soft lenses for eye needs.
We never guarantee 100% match each time, since we do not do stamping here, it is all hand painted
I believe, we did all we can to fix the problem
