her on the address she provided on her online application. She was also told over the phone by myself, the manager, that the refund could take up to 2 weeks but that we have 30 days in [redacted]. She should be receiving the refund of $175 any day now. Because she applied online, she read all the requirements herself when submitting the application and agreement. The application is non refundable and we will not be refunding the $50 as once an application is given that fee is non refundable.
