Review: My mother, [redacted], received 24 hour care from this agency and we were informed that there would be two full time caregivers with another caregiver available for backup in the event for illness or emergency. This did not happen and my sister, [redacted], or myself would be called to fill in for the caregiver. There were also to be random home checks from the agency, but this did not happen. We have filed a complaint with the agency regarding one of the caregivers who was employed from December 2013 through June 2014. My sister and myself believe that this caregiver removed many of Mom's personal clothing, bedding, towels, numerous kitchen items, food and other miscellaneous items from her home. We were asked to provide a list of missing items, which my sister, [redacted], provided to the agency and we were told by the Office Manager, [redacted], that they would reimburse for the missing items. Now my sister, [redacted], was informed by [redacted] and also the main branch in California that my sister, [redacted], and I are making up this whole issue and will not cover any of these items. We were informed that the caregiver was formally terminated on July 19, 2014.Desired Settlement: We would like for the agency to make good on their promise, per [redacted], that they would reimburse for the items that were removed from Mom's home.
