Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: 9/10/ We were contacted by the Painter and Warranty [redacted] , ***Both inspected out concerns and it was agreed "all" items noted in our complaint needed repairIn particular, [redacted] inspected the damaged flooring, took pictures, and said it would be repairedI specifically asked for verification that our issues were valid and was assured by [redacted] they were and would be remediedSubsequently, the Painting Contractor contacted us and scheduled the painting to be completed on 9/14- [redacted] explained he needed to get the flooring detail as we have no record of manufacturer or style 9/14/ Painting Contractor reviewed the work to be completed with me and said they would take care of itHe assigned two painters, one completed the ceiling and porch railings (this work was done in a professional manner and acceptable to us)The other painter worked on the rear door entry and frame, Grill patio to include mini blind insert"No work was done on the Front door and frameNot sure if the Grill patio Door is finished as the masking tape was left on the door knob and lockBoth painters left without saying anything further to us 9/22/ Please note the following e-mail:On Sep 22, 7:AM, [redacted] > wrote:Good morning ***[redacted] and his painters were here last Monday morningThe painters completed the ceiling, porch railings and two doors (rear and grill porch)Not sure if the doors are finished since the masking tape is still on the grill porch doorThe front door and frame still hasn't been paintedThey left and said nothing about returning.Has anything been scheduled regarding having the flooring repaired?Regards, [redacted] ***Re: [redacted] - Status (No subject) [redacted] Reply | Continue editing Discard Wed 9/23/11:AMTo: [redacted] Wed 9/23/11:AMMr***, I will follow up with the painter and send the repair for the hardwood todayI am still playing catch-up [redacted] 9/24/ Spoke with [redacted] who said he would follow up with PaintersWhile we have been waiting to have our doors finished, the painter has been working two houses from usAnd, he finished painting their front doorWe never received any follow up from the Painting Contractor.9/29/No further contact from Warranty [redacted] or Painting ContractorAs of this date it has been day since we closed and days since we submitted the "Day Checklist"Please note virtually all these issues were known to the Building Site [redacted] from either the day of the closing or shortly thereafter
