Advantage Exteriors

On November 6th, 2019, my wife and I gave a deposit to Cale B, owner of Advantage Exteriors in the amount of $4600. Mr. B charged our card immediately, stating that the remaining balance would be due upon installation of the Polaris brand windows in a time frame of 4-6 weeks. We have attempted to contact Mr. B on numerous occasions since mid January regarding on where we were with the process. He responded once to my wife in late January and once to me on February 12th stating that he has been sick and that we were 'almost through the process". Since that text message, I have called Cale's cell phone and texted him daily asking for communication, to which I have not received a reply.

18 weeks after giving Cale our deposit, we no longer feel comfortable doing business with him and want a full refund of our deposit of $4600.
