I filed a service request with American Home Shield on 12/23/for my furnace, which was blowing cold air Today is 01/09/and the furnace is still not working properly, despite technician visits from AAM, and an unreturned phone call to the service manager, ***Absolutely the worst, most unprofessional service company ever Most notably, the second technician walked through my home unescorted, without permission, opening up doors until he found the bathroom As he left my house he said he didn't care about the job because he is retiring in March

Almost two years ago Advantage Air Mechanical , very poorly, and with great inconvenience installed an evaporative cooler on my home A week later they came out again to fix said cooler as it was leaking water down my roof Last night the cooler started falling off my roof I was called home from work by my wife and found the cooler had completely come of it's base and had the leg not gotten caught on the ductwork would have fallen completely off the roof Why would a simple machine like a cooler do such a thing, you ask? I find the answer disturbing The cooler was simply taped down with no other support to it Upon calling for repair to fix this quite dangerous mistake I am not only charged a sevice fee, not only am I required by the service man to help do his job for him, but I am advised that to not secure the unit with anything other than tape is standard proceedure and that a picture was taken to review if in the future, screws should be used
