PJ has been our technician for years. He is always on time, listens to our concerns, is courteous and extremely knowledgeable. He provides exceptional service and keeps our home relatively bug and pest free! I would highly recommend this family-owned company.

Great personality and a pleasure to deal with. He sells the services that are needed and not a "service plan" that includes nonessential treatments. He is thorough in the initial interview to find our concerns and more importantly, to review what was found and treated, how it was treated, and what would be necessary to follow up this service and recommendations for prolonged preventative service. This company should be a blueprint for all other pest/animal control businesses.

Eric the technician was friendly and professional as usual. I feel relieved, for now, that my mice issues are under control. Last year he was able to capture the woodchuck in our backyard. First, the trap caught a raccoon, then eventually the woodchuck. Very happy to have found this company to deal with my animal issues.
