Advanced Tree Service and Landscaping

The company did work for us in May. They were here late and we even gave them dinner. They worked until dark and then said they would be back to complete it. They have not. I reached out to them the end of September asking if they would come finish the job. They have communicated multiple dates back to me - none of which they have shown for. I told them I would need to contact you - but they said the weather had been holding them back. Even after this long stretch of sunny weather - they have not responded to my texts or shown up.

I called them out to my job he gave me a good deal,and he did an awesome job.He is real friendly and good customer service.

The man talks fast and good but does not fulfill his promise.
I hired him on July 22,2018 he told me he would have the four trees down in 4 days and the wood gone as I did not want it. his buddy was to grind the stumps down.
well the first day a tree came down then for the next two weeks he would send someone over after I complained to cut and remove branches. then he said it was to hot to work yet his buddies said they had been working other jobs, finally he sent a different guy over to cut the other trees down. they laid in the yard for days before they came back he brought some people with him to take some wood. there was a lot left so he put it on craig's list without our consent for free wood. In the mean time he asked me for more money so he could pay his guys I refused as I had given him 1450.00 to start.he finally finished his part of the job on Aug 2,2018. it is now Sept 15,2018 and my yard is a mess and the stumps are still standing so that part is still unusable.I even had to contact the utilities to have them marked and still not finished.
If you are not in a hurry and like to listen to excuse after excuse why the work is not done, then buy all means hire this company.
