We went in to talk to SR R about a bill that was sent to my son. He refused to talk to us . He had a young guy that had no idea about the situation go in the back room to talk to him, then come out and try to explain things to us. This happened three times. We paid the bill even though we disagreed with the charges. He is still sending us charges for the same bill. I feel he is trying to scam us into paying a bill that we don't feel we owed in the first place, but we already paid anyway on December 24,2019. I tried to talk to him about it today, February 6,2020 when we received a bill for the same services. He hung up on me.
