Review: On December 21, 2015 my ceiling started to cave in due to a leak. The water leaking from the roof damaged my couches. I called Advanced Solutions immediately and notified them. They sent the owners son out to look at it and asked me to move all my stuff so it didn't damage it worse. They said they couldn't do anything until the next day and that night my roof caved in. I was asked that it would be better if I left my home while the repairs were being done. So I stayed with my boyfriend while my daughter stayed with my brother. They insisted there was no mold issues but that the roof on this complex has had issues for years and this was not the first time of a leak. The lady at the rental agency said she would ask the land lord for a credit for the days I could not be in my home and that she agreed it was right. On Jan 4, 2016, she called and said I will not be getting a credit. She will not return my calls and mesges on who I can contact to further investigate this matter. I was not able to stay in my home during the holidays and just wanted credit for the days I could not be in there. This all started on Dec 21,2015 and today is Dec 09th and my ceiling is still not fully repaired.Desired Settlement: I would like credit on my rent for the days I was not able to stay in my home.
