Review: I was following up and called to there Corporate Office on my application submission. After the phone dialogue, I told the rep I wanted to withdraw my application submission. Immediately he replied with calling me and [redacted], belittle me with Vulgar language, and called a Coward for not standing up for my position and backing out.The customer service experience was rude awakening. No one merits the right to talk to someone like that.Disrespectful, lack of service, and lack of service oriented training.Desired Settlement: Just wanted to let others know that this company has lack of service and to be aware of dealing with the Corporate office when calling in for service or any related inquires.Also, an apology from management and accountability to end consumer, if possible.But, more importantly to bring awareness to consumers looking to engage any commerce with this company that before you spend any money to make sure the service you request is worth your money and up to your standard of expectation.
