Advanced Pressure & Gutter Cleaning

This company is not professional. I was given a price over the phone and a team of 2 came out to check it out. Just wanted a drain cleaned and 1 spot on the gutters checked. They came out and gave me a very confusing estimate. I never signed a contract and they replaced gutter guards that had just been changed a year ago. Left the water on. on my hose, left debris in the swimming pool, and left a gap in a gate that my dogs could get out of. It was almost a week before the water was fixed. They did adjust the bill but the agent told me and Trustdale that he had shown me the product and I was given before and after pictures. I never met the man.

Company came out unauthorized, did not perform any service, and now has invoiced me with the threat to send anything unpaid to collections.
I spoke with this company about cleaning my roof. They said they were not sure when they could do it, but would call me a day before they could to confirm the appointment. They did not call me a day before, or confirm the appointment with me. They did go to my house, but did not clean my roof. Afterwards, they sent me an invoice for a roof cleaning. When I spoke to them, they said that they didn't need to call me and that my payment is due. I feel like this was a shakedown and an effort to pressure me to pay to avoid collections. There is even a record call that we both have access to that clearly indicates they said they would call me and they also said they would not doing anything without my approval. Even with this, they want me to pay them.
