They do not Bill customers when they owe a balance. Bill was sent straight to collections. Never given an opportunity to pay.

The practice in Ormond is terrible! The sketchiest office I have ever been to in my life. I was put under another insurance so needed to find another psychiatrist to help with me anxiety medication. I was given an appointment with a Dr. H. I then went to try to fill my *** and they told me this doctor no longer had an active license obviously very upset I called on a Friday and left a vm. A lady called me back and said they will be taking action against*** because this was not accurate information. She then had another dr I have never heard of call in my *** to*** and that one then worked, I stated I needed to be seen every 4 weeks like Dr. H said and she told me she scheduled the appoint but when I called nothing was even on the books! I was told he was triple booked and would not happen, when I asked well I am under his care what am I supposed to do if I have more panic attacks before July (which would make it over 6 weeks between appts) the man stated, "Sorry I don't know what to say to you." HORRIBLE PRACTICE DO NOT GO TO THE ORMOND LOATION. Lawsuit waiting to happen at this place.
