If I could give a 0 that would be too much. Imagine this, being raped, having a rage-aholic father, being bipolar, having depression, ptsd, & periodic leg movement disorder cz of all the meds docs put me on so I can never sleep. Then imagine the front desk guy, Mow, not knowing what I've been thru, so I can't put on a mask cz it sends me into a panic attack cz of the rapes, so instead of finding out why and caring he cancels all my appts? Sending me a letter to never come back?
Remember this is supposed to be a mental health facility, Mow never cared why I got freaked out about a mask, all he cared about was control. My perpetrators used a mask, and controlled me. Instead of asking my doc what was wrong and figuring out a way for me to get the help I needed he sent a letter saying I could no longer be a patient? No compassion and should not be in charge of anything. Think he needs help! He's gonna really hurt someone else someday! He hurt me, who's next? I finally got the courage for a massage by a man. Men? Yuk now, this guy put me back a decade.
If I were still suicidal, I would've taken all the drugs they supplied and been dead by the next day. Good job guys! Smh! DON'T SEND YOUR LOVED ONES HERE, THEY COULD CARE LESS ABOUT UR MENTAL HEALTH! DO NOT GO HERE!
