On May 5, 2016 I had a medical procedure done and the insurance didn't cover the anesthesia given by Advanced Pain Management of New Jersey. I spoke to someone regarding the matter and was given the option to pay $100 a month instead of having the bill sent to collection agency. Recently, I called the office and requested a letter stating that the bill was paid in full - I kept getting the run a round. After all the phone calls and run a rounds, I decided to ride up to Springfield. Yesterday, I visited the office and was told that the bill was sent to collection agency and that the name of the agency could not be given because the bill was paid in full. I never received any notification from any collection agency in the years that I have been paying Advanced Pain Management. If it was paid in full the letter should have came from the collection agency itself. I was told that the amount on the document they handed me was increased because of other fees added on to the bill.

was provided services on 05/05/2016. Her original balance was $3500.00 and that is exactly what she paid to us over the last 4 years. I do not understand her complaint or why she feels she is owed money. Her account balance is zero.
