I am rejecting this response because:The response by Advanced Modular Storage has nothing to do with the issue at hand. First of all, I did not move out on April 28, because I had moved and was already established at my new address on April 25, I actually moved out of the unit on April 22, and the office was closed when I finished so I called the office April 24th or 25th and spoke with the male in the office and told him this and that I moved out on the 22nd of April. At the time he said I owed over $which was and is falseAlso notice how they don't address the $200+ that I supposedly owed them in their response, it's because I never owed thatThey also have provided no proof, no documentation, nothing, to back up their claim that I now owe them $55. They keep changing their story! I have provided actual documentational proof both to you the Revdex.com and Advanced Modular Storage directly from my credit card statements showing what I had paid since renting the storage unitThis clearly shows what was paid and also that I owe nothing further but that they actually overcharged me for one months rentYou as well as I can clearly see this so you must do your due diligence and file a negative report regarding this company. These people clearly are incompetent at best and fraudulent at the very worst. Fraud is a crime and this company will find themselves in further hot water if they continue with these shenanigansYou cannot deny this or the fact that I have provided documentation to prove what is outlined in my claim, and they have provided nothing but information and no documentation to back up any claims they have made

became very abusive with language, telling myemployee to SHUT UP and was generally very obnoxious. I asked him to leave and escorted him to the front door.We owe him nothing.
