amount of $was due by *** as part of his deductibleOur system at the time failed to then "flip" the invoice over to *** and the balance due remained in a "pending action" statusThis was finally corrected recently which is when *** received his billIt is a valid bill and when paid will satisfy the final rental payment of his device which he will then ownWe are sending the full paper trail of documents that *** requested to his email for his reviewWhile the delay in billing is not common for us, it is a very common event in the complicated U.SHealthcare marketWe are sorry for the inconvenience that the delay caused for him

amount of $67.45 was due by [redacted] as part of his deductible. Our system at the time failed to then "flip" the invoice over to [redacted] and the balance due remained in a "pending action" status. This was finally corrected recently which is when [redacted] received his bill. It is a valid bill and when paid will satisfy the final rental payment of his device which he will then own. We are sending the full paper trail of documents that [redacted] requested to his email for his review. While the delay in billing is not common for us, it is a very common event in the complicated U.S. Healthcare market. We are sorry for the inconvenience that the delay caused for him.
