I mistakenly signed up for a subscription and have been trying for months to cancel. They have made it extremely difficult to reach anyone.

I finally found a phone number today and contacted asking to send back all Advanced Keto unopened products for the past three months. I was told I could only return the last month for a refund. They then proceeded to bounce me back and forth trying to negotiate partial refunds. I was transferred to a supervisor who was zero help. I cannot take these supplements due to other medical issues.

I tried a Trial of this diet pill and called and cancelled my subscription on 3/24/2019. Since then I have been getting them monthly and I'm being charged $69.99 on the 18th of each month. I've tried returning them each month but they keep coming back to me. I called them tonight at 1-***, and asked them to stop charging my card and the women just hung up on me. I called my credit card company and closed my card. On the label on the bottled over the barcode label is ***.

somehow got my information and started charging me for this and wont stop. Also *** my debit information twice and wont return my emails or calls.

I ordered one trial bottle of Advanced Ketones from a *** ad, with the stipulation I would only pay $4.95 for shipping. There was no other information stating I would be charged another price for the product or about a subscription. This was in late July. In August, my credit card statement showed charges on 8/3 and 8/5 for $89.97 and $84.49 and I received two bottles, one for Ketones and one for Ketones Cleanse I had not ordered the Cleanse. In September, I received two packages which contained two new bottles of the same product, which I had not ordered. I marked them "REFUSED" and sent them back where they came from. I called my credit card company and told them about it, and they closed my credit card on my request. I tried to resolve this with the seller phone number given on my credit card statement, but she refused to listen saying I had agreed to the terms and conditions. I never saw terms and conditions with the information she claimed was there. She also claimed they didn't advertise on ***, but I went back and found the link on ***. I asked for their website; the one she gave me and I had her spell it several times and repeated it back was not working. They have now charged me twice, even though I closed my credit card, and I have lost $348.92.

This company charged me $89.97 without my consent. I tried to reach out but the email is *** and the phone number is answered by a machine that keeps repeating itself.
