I hired this company to install new roof on half of the house. It was installed in November 2016. In June 2017 I noticed that too many shingles were missing on my brand new roof. I called the company right away but they were very busy to send someone to fix it. After many calls they finally fix it in August 2017. I thought my ordeal with roof was over. Right now roof is still missing few shingles. I called them again many times to fix it. In order to fix it I need to pay for it. I decided to go with someone else and leave this review so whoever is going to deal with this company think twice to hire them or not.

The entire Advanced Home Improvements team is very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. They worked directly with my insurance to completely replace the roofing and siding of my home. The roofing and siding teams arrived at least 15 minutes before the scheduled time to setup and talk to us about what the process for the day will be. The teams were quick and professional, and did a good job to ensure there was no debris or nails left in our lawn. The office team was very responsive anytime I called with questions or wanted additional details. The entire process from start to finish was handled professionally, and I was constantly updated with how the project was progressing and also if there were any delays. From those in the office to those who completed the repairs, the entire Advanced Home Improvements team was a pleasure to work with.
