Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Please see (2) emails where I complained back in NOT and I had brought my car back at that time about several issues that they supposedly fixed At that time, I was told that the vibration that I was feeling was unrelated and assumed his facility was being truthful Unfortunately, the reports that Acura has provided shows that they used inadequate replacement hardware to put my car back together This coupled with the fact that they initially gave me a car back that was NOT functioning properly (would not even stay in gear) just proves the insufficient work that his shop has done After dumping $3,into a car's transmission, it makes it very difficult to fix the so called "other" issues right away that were supposedly un-related which is the reason for the delay I would be more than happy to provide my financials for the past 1-1/years (NOT years like he claims) showing that NO payments were made to any other repair shops since they worked on it, proving that it was done at Dunham's Transmission Regards, [redacted]

Please see (2) emails where I complained back in 2016 NOT 2015 and I had brought my car back at that time about several issues that they supposedly fixed. At that time, I was told that the vibration that I was feeling was unrelated and assumed his facility was being truthful. Unfortunately, the reports that Acura has provided shows that they used inadequate replacement hardware to put my car back together. This coupled with the fact that they initially gave me a car back that was NOT functioning properly (would not even stay in gear) just proves the insufficient work that his shop has done. After dumping $3,500 into a car's transmission, it makes it very difficult to fix the so called "other" issues right away that were supposedly un-related which is the reason for the delay. I would be more than happy to provide my financials for the past 1-1/2 years (NOT 2 years like he claims) showing that NO payments were made to any other repair shops since they worked on it, proving that it was done at Dunham's Transmission.

I don't believe the bolt was broken at my shop. I don't have any way to prove that it was or was not. What I can say is that this job was completed almost 2 years ago on 11/17/2015. I also know I documented several other problems on this car that I do not fix. I believe if I new the bolt was broken...
I would have documented it along with the other issues. Regardless frame repair is not something we do at this shop. We only rebuild and install transmissions and torque converters. I have no interest in fixing a bolt that I don't believe we broke. My belief is that this problem is unrelated to the transmission repair.
