Ordering with this company is horrible. Here is the list of problems I had:

1. They charged me shipping fees for 426 lbs but there is a manual correction saying the boxes weight only 305 lbs. I asked a proof that I have been charged for the right weight and they refuse to give me any proof I paid the right fee, only telling me they are in business for 20 years... Wow!

2. There was furniture parts problems with my order and I had to open all the boxes, read 2 contradictory print messages on the boxes, and contact them by email to know that they are in fact sending me missing parts in 4 days. So now I have to live in a mess all this time, waiting for the missing parts they didn't inform me about, before being able to assemble the 2 pieces of furniture I ordered.

3. There are scratches on shelves and problems with the wood pattern of the material that is blurring and not looking like real wood.

Bottom line: I will never buy on this shop again and I highly recommend you to avoid this company as much as you can.
