Revdex.com, As per customer complaint [redacted] , we have attempted to call the customer multiple times to call us backWe have attempted to call him about his motorcycle rack but never a return call back from [redacted] *** [redacted] is more then welcome at anytime during business hours to pick up his motorcycle rack, its been sitting here since the theft of his pickupHe was informed that his pickup repairs were done and needed to come pay and pick up his vehicle, unfortunately the pickup was stolen after hours, days after the repairs were done

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: my vehicle was NOT left for several days, the only contact made to me by them was demanding payment No apology for their lack of security or for them not locking and setting the viper alarm on my truck I was never told I could pick up my damaged motorcycle carrier I was only called and harassed about the payment they said I owed Sincerely, [redacted] ***
