On 01/11/20, my wife and I went to advanced disposal to get rid of some trash.
Upon entering no employees were present, so we proceeded to dump our trash. As I crossed back over the scale, a gentleman came out of the trailer. I exited the vehicle to pay.
When we were face to face the gentleman said I had broken a few rules. I apologized and asked him how much I needed to pay he said, " since we're closed I can't accept debit/credit, I need cash." So I proceeded to hand him $20 and he placed it in his pocket. I asked him for my change and he responded with, " you should be paying $70, so you should consider this a deal." At that point my wife and I left aggravated.
I just want to pay what it costed to pay for my disposal not because he didn't feel like giving customer service to the last customer of the morning.
I want my change for the disposal.
I have been in business for over 28 years and this is one of the worst customer service I have received. Being under contract and having a locked in monthly service fee that should be the same every month, my bill kept going up every months without notice or explanation. I called and emailed countless times and no one helped me resolve the billing issues. I was so frustrated after months of trying to communicate with a supervisor about my bill, without any success, that I started short paying my bill by the amount over charged in the first place. In addition the driver for Advanced Disposal hit our wall around the dumpster one morning while picking up our trash, shifting the wall and leaving broken bricks. We reported it immediately with pictures of the damage, but the claim was simply denied without proper research and meetings in person. Numerous calls and emails followed to be unanswered by Advanced Disposal. As a concerned business owner I kept following up and literally approached countless people within the company to help me get the damaged assessed, a reimbursement and correct my billing once and for all. One person finally came out to listen to my complaints, look at the still damaged wall and take a look at my billing. Unfortunately she also dropped the case and no longer followed up on us. And to make matters worse, Advanced disposal missed several pick ups of trash as scheduled, leaving our dumpster overflowing with trash and creating a health hazard in our parking lot, not to mention smell and look of facility. After more than 8 months of spending my valuable time trying to get all this resolved in a professional matter, I canceled my service with Advanced Disposal. It was approved, however the bills were never adjusted to the correct amount and credited properly, still arriving every month with added late fees and collection notices. My company has superb credit history. I have all records of phone calls, emails and names of people I have asked for help, unsuccessfully! Speechless

Billing Adjustment I need our bill to be adjusted to a zero balance and would like for someone of higher rank to contact us to discuss the still damaged wall and show proper customer service. If my credit score has been affected, I need this to be fixed and cleared. The ignorance of this company truly leaves me in shock and in disbelief, not to mention frustration and zero regard for our time spent on this.
