So imagine a company with which you, unfortunately, have a 5 year contract on which you paid religiously, even during the Covid-19 slowdown when service demand was nil. Further envision a customer, like my business, that provides ample notice of its intent not to renew and requests early removal of fruit-fly infested dumpster with which we are now saddled and which we do not intend to use. These null sets refuse to pick up this dumpster even one week early despite our adherence to the cancellation protocol per its boilerplate agreement which I'll never again have to read, contemplate, mutilate or give one crap about. I'd recommend ANY but this company to haul away your trash. This, like many services, is a commodity, the worst of the worst, and best be avoided at all costs. And those costs will be plenty.

Does anyone answer the phones at this business? I find it very frustrating that the County requires you to have this service but does not monitor this business relationship at all.

About half of the time they fail to pick up our garbage. We have called and called and called to get it taken care of. At this point it has been over two weeks since they have picked up our garbage. Two days ago I called and they said someone maybe would come and get it yesterday. The can is still waiting at the street for pickup. They say we are scheduled for Tuesday pickup but even the weeks they do pick up the garbage they are a couple of days late if they pick it up at all. If I could leave this review with no stars at all it would be n accurate step in the direction that this company takes your money and does not provide service.

We called and ordered garbage service on July 17, 2018. We have yet to have our garbage picked up. I have talked to the girls in the office every week and they always tell me that it will be picked up. ONE time I called on a Friday and the girl told me that YES our garbage would be picked up that day but once again it was not. The girls who I talk to are very nice but I guess it's because when we hang up they are laughing because they know that it's not going to happen. I guess they make you pay up front for this service because otherwise they would not be paid because nobody wants to pay for a service that they do not receive. They always promise but never follow through. UNHAPPY SINCE JULY 17, 2018.

I ordered residential waste management over two weeks ago. EC waste claimed they had delivered the can this past Monday. The delivery guy claimed that as soon as he dropped the waste bin off, the guys in the garbage truck was right behind him and dumped the trash. How does that work?! The brand new can at a new residential address is full?! Turns out, they picked up our NEIGHBOR'S trash can and replaced it with our new one. Now they have a brand new trash can, courtesy of us and we're without one. EC Waste is ignoring all phone calls in every department (that is made up of one person per department) and has failed to respond via their online messaging feature. This is the only option for waste management in Dekalb county, which is incredibly disappointing.

Paid for our new can January 4th! Have called over and over but seems like no one ever is in their office. Would love a can to be delivered! Customer Service is pathetic!

Terrible service. We no longer no which day our trash will be picked up. There is 0 communication to customers. Last week our trash sat out for 3 extra days. It's all a guessing game on which day truck will finally come!

Plan and simple THIS COMPANY IS HORRIBLE!!!! I currently have weekly service with them which does not get picked up on time, EVER. I have called everyday for 2 weeks about a new service, some days I called more than once. Each time leaving a message with someone asking to get a call back. Still have not heard from anyone. They must be so rich that they don't want any more business. I wouldn't even give them 1 star if it was an option. I truly wish *** County could and/or would get someone else.

I prepaid my service 6 weeks ago and still do not have service. I have called the number numerous times and no one will take or return my call. how do we get waste service? this is a firm that obviously does not care. I told them I was going to report them and now they appear to have changed their number or blocked my call.

This company is horrible. They don't answer the phone, they don't reply to emails. I have not had my garbage picked up in 2 weeks and I cannot get anyone to answer. When they do pick up garbage they drop trash everywhere and never pick it up. I am paying for a service and only sporadically get that service and when they do perform the service it is poorly done. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Garbage picked up at random. When you call customer service it always goes to voicemail and no one ever calls you back. But they take your money. I pay for weekly pick up and rarely ever get it. So they are stealing our money and have absolutely no customer service.

LOUSY SERVICE, HAVE NOT PICKED UP IN TWO WEEKS, AND CAN NOT GET A HOLD OF THEM. THEY HAVE A " F " RATING AND PROBALLY WENT OUT OF BUSINESS. BUT OH THEY CASHED MY LAST PAYMENT LAST WEEK!
