This company is a SCAM!!!! DO NOT USE. My basement flooded after it had been raining for weeks on end. They did not come to my house until mid-day the following day and the person that came did not bring boots. He had to then leave to go buy boots and come back. Once they started the work and "completed it" they dealt with my insurance and made claims of work that was NEVER completed. They collected my full insurance amount and left me with nothing to then have to go back and actually get the work done that they did not complete, yet billed my insurance for it. We also know have black mold growing due to them not completing the work.
Refund I need the money that my insurance paid this company in order to be able to actually get this work completed. They collected the full amount my insurance paid out stating they did tasks that were not completed. For example, on their invoice they had removal and replacement of our basement door and that they ran up to 16 dehumidifiers. NONE of that was done. They door is still there and has not been replaced and is now covered in mold.
Yes, my complaint has been resolved. The owner called and apologized. He explained the situation and to why those items had not been addressed yet. There was a miscommunication on my part. And, I should have called him to discuss before filing this complaint.
He brought over the dehumidifiers and they are going to running for several days and he is going to repair and place the door frame. Please remove this compliant of record. Any questions, please contact me. Thanks
