My year rental lease ended November 30, with this propertyDuring my stay at this complex I have had multiple problems after they replaced the previous staff with the new companyThe first issue I had was that they did not replace my refrigerator or fix my AC in a timely manner, I had to call numerous times and leave emails to get them to come outWhen the maintenance man did come out at pm (I had been calling since the previous day when the fridge went out) he "adjusted" the fridge setting and said it needed hours to cool and he simply "taped" the AC coverI informed him that adjusting the setting would not work since the fridge was not working and had nothing to do with the settingsI also informed him that I had just bought groceries the previous day and did not want my food to spoilHe assured me that he had fixed it and to give it hoursI called the office a couple hours later to let them know that he did not fix the fridge that there was no change and that m
The problem in question involves the inability for property management staff to resolve our issues in a timely manner One of the staff's primary duties is to ensure that each resident enjoys a comfortable, uninterrupted experience, especially where late night loud noises are concerned However, the staff feels that the best course of action is to completely ignore and disregard our concerns and/or complaints The property management is obligated to intervene and employ proper solutions for any/all complaints that are presented to them The staff must be held accountable for their ill-advised and unprecedented lack of intervention and resolution techniques and abilities
