On March 30, 2020 My husband *** and I *** went to purchase a 2012 Ford Expedition XLT Black. About 2 weeks later the car message light came on "Oil Change" . WE had contact the dealership regarding the message and they had said the oil change was performed and they think they forgot to reset the message. We ended up calling the dealership again to see when we could take car back to change oil no answer. I had left them a voicemail for them to call me back and that this oil change should have been performed before we left the lot and when we could take it. No call back we ended up taking it to West Mitsubishi in Orland CA. They changed the oil and saw a few things developing. Power steering is dark needed, brake fluid was dark needed flushing and a leaking casket. All adding up to 860.00 Besides a oil change that was 51.96. I contacted the dealership to let them know why didnt they do all the maintenance before we left the lot. They couldnt give me a straight answer. On April 29 we had tow the car to Orland WEst Mitsubishi, on that day I had called the anderson dealership telling them the car was now making a loud noise in the rear driver side and we didnt feel safe driving it and that they needed to fix it or I was going to report them to the Revdex.com and where send the bill to.. *** said to fax or email them the bill. On April 20 West Mitsubishi had contact the Anderson Dealership and spoke to *** but they never had mention to pay for nothing. Later that day WEst Mitsubishi had contact me and letting me know they had spoken to ***. I had contact *** and telling him that *** was aware of the complaints regarding the car and now that it was getting fix and that he also said to fax him the bill and that *** had text *** regarding all the matters. *** said they couldnt pay another shop. I told him I would report them to Revdex.com. Since then I Havent spoke to the Advanced Auto Wholesale.

All vehicle safety checks and a smog check were performed in advance of the sale. The customer inspected the vehicle prior to the purchase and agreed to buy it as it. These terms were clearly disclosed in the contract in multiple places. Also, when Ms. called to report that her check oil light came on more than two weeks after the purchase, we did offer to have the maintenance done in Anderson at our cost as a good will offering. Ms. declined our offer.

I was always in communication with *** from the day it needed an oil change not once did they offer me to bring the car back and he even offered to have me send the invoice to him so they can pay and that was when I also let him know that we had to tow our car to the shop due to the fact it was makiing a loud noise in the back rear driver side and we felt it wasnt safe to drive and thats the reason we towed it to Orland Mitsubishi Shop. I had given Mitsubishi employee *** cell number so they could be in communication. The next following day both dealers were in communication and knew it was in the process of getting fixed and how much it was total. Once the car already fixed they cold out said they werent going to pay due to the fact they cant pay another shop bill.After when he told me that I told him we shouldnt have to pay for an oil change or any these matinance when it should have been done before we left the car lot. We wouldnt be in this situtation at all.Thats why I feel they should be responsible to pay for the bill that we already had to be force to pay.
