Advanced Asphalt Paving

Contracted with Advanced asphalt to replace my previous driveway (summer of 2016). The footprint of the driveway they installed was significantly (by roughly a foot on both sides) and noticably smaller. I spoke with the foreman at the time and he said I'd need to speak with the owner. I spoke with the owner several times, in person, at my property. He promised to "make it right" and ensure I was satisfied as he traded on his reputation and word of mouth recommendations. After these promises, numerous reasons cropped up why he wasn't able to follow through (weather, other jobs, etc). Then his contact number was disconnected and it wasn't until his foreman knocked on my door to solicit my business to seal my (uncompleted) driveway that I knew they were even still in business. That prompted some internet investigation where I found them resurfaced at a new address and phone number. I've left several messages to settle this matter with no response to date.
