It is unfortunate that the customer was not completely satisfied with his purchase, but some points do need to be clarifiedThe customer was scheduled to come to our store to see the truck, and test drive it, in personHe opted to not do thatExtra time was taken to describe the truck accurately, and numerous pictures were sent to the customer, to the point that he was satisfied with his decision to eventually purchase the vehicleHe did decide to purchase the truck sight unseen but was never given, or was it implied, that there would be a warranty with this purchaseThe customer knew that we sold this truck to him at cost to help him be able to purchase the truck to begin withOur records do not indicate that he contacted us, before filing a complaint, about this particular mechanical issueThe truck in question was a high mile truck at the time of purchase, and did not have any paperwork as to the maintenance done to it before our dealership owned itThe customer was aware of thisOur staff, here at Frielings, went above and beyond answering questions, and taking calls from the customer throughout this whole processWe even reimbursed him at one point for an error during shipping that was not of our doing We issued him a check for the additional miles put onto the truckAgain, it is unfortunate that this customer is not fully satisfied with his purchase, it is possible that his expectations may have exceeded his budget in this caseFrieling’s does pride themselves in repeat business, and word of mouth salesWe are a number one volume dealer and have been awarded numerous accolades including: · Montana State University Business of the year · time recipient Rem’s excellence award · Riteway’s Top Gun award · time Walker’s Presidents award · Green leaf award · Maurer top dealership award
