Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because - I didn't see a proposal This is an unfortunate situation for both parties I have incurred countless mailing expenses related to this product ATP previously stated a refund would be provided, but once in receipt of the product their methods and commitment changed drastically The product is of absolutely zero use to me - it is evidence for the trial What would rectify the situation is what I originally proposed - receipt of the refund and cost to mail the product back coming first; and then they have my 100% commitment that the product will be mailed back That would rectify the situation Sincerely, [redacted] ***
We have a signed invoice that states that this customer understands that we have a no refund policy - HOWEVER - we have done as much as physically possible to follow through with this person and provide customer service to his satisfactionIt is not possibleMy latest attempt was to offer a full refund of $once we received our product back but he would not accept that - he wanted a credit including prepaid postage and then he would send the product backI don't know what to do to rectify this situation
Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that
they relectently paid the amount and an employee said if it had been up to them, they would not have agreed to the payment I did have to contact them a lot to get this resolvedThis was much more complicated than it needed to be.
Sincerely, *** ***
We've issued a full refund including postage for returning the product.
