Review: This property management company has failed to follow the [redacted] state law. Over a year and a half ago I filed Ch. 13 and I was past due about $1000 and they also added a $3700 attorney fee. I am current on my condo dues past the filing date and they still refuse to give me my pool privileges back. They have asked me for payment which is breaking the Ch. 13 agreement.Desired Settlement: I would like my new pool pass and My window fixed that they claim is a stress crack. They have younger kids power wash the building and they always hit the windows.
