We called Advance for help with a broken lock on a sliding door on our Fl. Condo. The Advance employee took the locking devise on the door apart and worked on it, and the lock, for at least 15 minutes. He couldn't fix the lock because the problem is with the door track, not the lock and the door track needs parts only available from the door's manufacturer. Though he spent his time and effort on the problem, and gave us advice on how to get the problem corrected, he didn't charge us for the house call because he wasn't able to make the lock work.

Advance Locksmith is the best locksmith out there. I have tried to get my key redone so many times and others try to over charge me but this one actually has reasonable prices.
