On Feb 9,2018. I purchased a part for my Honda Accord. Te part was an oil pan. The mechanic never put the part on my car.
The mechanic was allowed on Feb 11,2018 to return the part with no receipt nor my permission to get cash put on a debit card. The store policy is no cash can be given to a customer without having a receipt or proper identification. I have called the store Manager named ***. After speaking with *** with no resolution. I called the Customer Service number on several occassions being told a Dm will return my call within 24 to 48 hours. The intiial contact with customer service was with *** . The case number is *** where there is a record for each time I called the customer service line. I was told today that someone call
led name *** on the March 7,2018. I don't have a record of a call. I asked the customer service rep for ***'s number. I was told she could not give out his number. I baffled to how I am suppose to call if the number can't be given out. I have been given the run around for almost a month. I need some one to call me ASAP on the incident. I have the one and onky receipt for the part, Obviously , *** or the employees knew this mechanic and allowed him to receive my money .
I expect a full refund of 150.00 plus tax that I paid due to your employees failing to follow store policy. Also, your manager *** and the Dm needs discipline to failure follow up with me. If you read the customer service notes, you will find I was more than patient. Some dishonesty is definetly going in your Montgomery store.
