3/10/15To whom it may concern,On 3/8/ [redacted] purchased items totaling $(see attached A)Our policy is all sales are final on novelties, no refunds, no exchangesThis is posted on the exit door in large print (see attached B)On 3/9/ [redacted] had called our store manager Felicia and stated that she did not like the item and wanted to return itFelicia told [redacted] sorry and all sales are finalOn 3/10/ [redacted] had contacted our company via email stating she was unhappy with both of the items she purchasedOur first response was to apologize and express again that we do not give refundsHowever we did offer 50% off her next purchase along with some free items that she could pick up at the store locationHer reply was to try and negotiate 50-30% of her money back and did not feel this is acceptableOur last attempt to settle this matter was to offer her $in store credit (actual total sale $see attached A) [redacted] chose not to accept the $in store credit and stated she was involving an outside institution.If you need more assistance in this matter please call [redacted] .Thank you,Charles MPresident

On 3/10/15 [redacted] had contacted our company via email stating she was unhappy with both of the items she purchased. Our first response was to apologize and express again that we do not give refunds. However we did offer 50% off her next purchase along with some free items that she could pick up at the store location.
