[redacted]. I've been contacting the company in Canada over the past 5 months to get an upgrade. Apparently they have no sales people in Saskatchewan or they don't want the extra business. Not sure what. No one in sales will call me back. I've had it, am switching service to a company in Saskatoon who was more than willing to send out a rep to look at my ADT system and provide me with upgrading. Thanks "B" for that. Trying to call them to cancel my service was painful. On hold for over 30 minutes each day for a week. Finally got a guy in the US who gave me a Saskatchewan number to call which, after 28 mins on hold, got me to customer service to give my month's notice. She tried to sell me an upgrade. Give me a break - you've had lots of chances in the past. I hear from other companies that lots of people in Saskatchewan are jumping ship because they must have lost their sales people - no service at all. Too bad - I liked the company initially but they have sure fallen thru the Saskatchewan cracks!","neg-1
