AdSearch has the best builds by far and their management is better than any marketing company we've ever used! We went from 18% impression share with a 3.1% conversion rate, to 79% impression share with a 4.7% conversion rate. We are now outcompeting the biggest companies in our industry with a fraction of the investment. Couldn't be happier with AdSearch's marketing.

I have been in business for over 15 years and since working with AdSearch I have seen a 80% increase in online bookings as well as a huge drop in calls asking for quotes. AdSearch completely redesigned my website to make conversions flow in like water. I was hesitant about signing on with a marketing company, and the pace that they worked seemed slow until I got the final results and now my ROI is paying dividends. I Can't recommend these guys enough.

Adsearch Digital Marketing has been super helpful and easy to work with whether it's enhancing my website, correcting an issue on website or even creating promotions for my business. I have been working with Stacey and she is super attentive to my requests in a timely manner. She sets up appointments with me to review how we are doing with our marketing, recommends changes and teaches me how to better understand what the statistics from our marketing efforts.
Thank you, Stacey and Meha too for all you have done for my business and continue to do!! Appreciate you!

We appreciate your business and are happy that you're delighted with AdSearch!

Adsearch Digital Marketing has been a complete waste of my time and money! When I first hired there service they promised I would get an excellent return on my money. To make a long story short, I did not receive a single customer call during the two months I was with them!
When I canceled my service with Adsearch Digital Marketing I started getting charges from *** to my credit card every few days for $500.00 instead of the once a month as before!. I learned my lesson, never hire a service from a telephone solicitor!!

We seek to delight all our customers, but as this review proves, it isn't always possible. With regard to this particular account, we provided superb service, but the record should be clarified with regard to the previous customer. First, some customers feel that they can utilize the internet to work in the areas that are convenient rather than what areas are profitable. In this case the customer became unwilling to travel the extra five miles to serve two major cities outside of D.C., which we explained really hamstrings our ability to target profitable traffic. Second, the client became unwilling to discuss effective strategies and became unreasonable, demanding we never contact him again and removed our management privileges to his Ads account. Accordingly, $500 charges the client complains of are from his *** Ads account, not managed by AdSearch, when he ran his campaign on his own. In sum, we appreciate the client's frustration and we are sincerely disappointed the client didn't have a profitable experience with online marketing, as the vast majority of our clients do. We certainly don't gain by such relationships as our massive investment into building this client's account is a loss for us and has forced us to more critical when accepting new clients.

When I canceled my account with Adsearch Marketing they gave *** the authorization to increase my advertising spending as if being vindictive without my knowledge. I was shocked to see *** was charging my credit credit card $500.00 every few days instead of the monthly $500.00 as before.

I appreciate your response. Please allow me to clarify. First, we would never and have never increased a budget without client approval. Second, with all our accounts, increasing a budget increases performance, so a budget increase could not be vindictive. But the fact is when you unlinked us from managing your account, without notice, we were unable to make any changes to your account, including budget increases. It is more likely that when you unlinked us from your account our rules and settings were also unlinked and so your account was not under proper management. If you had not demanded so strongly that we never contact you again we could have assured you had a successful transition. In sum, we are always disappointed to lose a customer, and as warn on the front end, our digital marketing campaigns are a powerful tool and only be used with proper expertise and management.

John S is the pushy telephone solicitor that first called my office and said, I would like to speak to the person that handles your *** advertising. As I do with all telephone solicitors I hung up because I don't have time listening to sales gimmicks. When he called back a second time I decided against my better judgement to give him the benefit of the doubt. John sounded very convincing when he said, I’ll get you double the business than what you’re making from *** now in 30 days. John also, mentioned that AdSearch Marketing would track and monitor all incoming phone calls from their *** Ads to my business phone number, unfortunately this service was never made available. This was very important to me because it would’ve shown proof of the amount of phone calls being generated to my business.
When I decided not to work with John S anymore because of his many broken promises, I received a phone call from Anthony O minutes later. He said, I will now be handling your account and will monitor and track all your incoming phone calls from the *** ads. I told Anthony, I’m hoping your service works but if I don’t receive any calls in 30 days I have no choice but to cancel my servicebecause enough is enough. Thirty days later I called Anthony and asked, do you have any recorded calls coming to my phone number from the *** Ads? As I suspected, he said no not a single one, that’s when I decided to cancel my account. Approximately 2 weeks later after my account was closed I see AdSearch Marketing gave *** the authorization to charge my credit card at will $500.00 every few days without my authorization.
NOTE: If anyone here reading my complaint is thinking about hiring AdSearch Marketing, be very careful and get everything in writing, otherwise they’ll screw you and deny everything said!!!

AdSearch has been a great tool for my business. They outperform *** and keep the phones ringing at my shop. Thanks for all you do!

I have been in business for 25 years and have used numerous companies for my online presence. I have never been more happy with a company as I am with Ad Search! They have went above and beyond. They are always there for me when I need them. I can always reach someone on the phone. I would highly recommend Ad Search for all of your online needs from SEO, PPC or website design. We appreciate your business and glad you're delighted with AdSearch!

Since we began working with AdSearch we've seen our conversions increase while our overall costs have decreased. Our monthly account reviews have been highly productive as their team is both engaging and open to feedback. I would recommend AdSearch to any company looking to streamline their digital advertising efforts.

We appreciate your business and glad you're delighted with AdSearch!

AdSearch is a diamond in the rough. I've used a lot of marketing companies for my four online businesses, but AdSearch is by far the most professional and effective marketing company I've come across. With one business, a new one, we went from zero sales to $90,000 in sales per month in the first six months and it is holding strong. Can't recommend them enough!

We appreciate your business and glad you're delighted with AdSearch!

I was contacted by Jackson F of AdsSearch in March 2019 with a very convincing sales pitch of how his company could improve my Google PPC account performance and lower costs. Impressed with how knowledgeable he sounded I agreed to a 3 month contract.
Kara Braun and Isaac Gee were assigned to my account. The first month after AdSearch took over my Google account my sales and site traffic took a dramatic fall. After reviewing my account and searching Google for my ads it became quickly apparent that my ads were no longer being displayed. I contacted Kara and Isaac and was told this would be corrected and next month would be better.
The 2nd month I saw an increase in sales over the previous, but still well short of what my company averaged before AdSearch took over my account. After reviewing my Google account for that 2nd month I discovered that I had spent over $4000 for clicks that month, my average monthly spending over the previous 8 years was $1500. Kara was no longer working with my account but Isaac assured me things were trending in the right direction and next month would be better.
Month 3 came with no improvement in site traffic or sales. My spending for this month fell to $3000 but this was still twice what I was accustomed to. I contacted Isaac and told him how displeased I was and wanted a refund for the poor job they had did. He was very apologetic and said he wanted to make things right by continuing to work on my account for free till it was fixed.
Month 4 & 5 came and Chase Long was now in charge of my account. I worked closely with him and by the end of the 5th month my account was finally performing at the level it was prior to AdSearch taking over. The problem arose when I noticed on my credit card statement that AdSearch had billed me for the 2 months that were supposed to be free. Chase assured me that the accounting department had made a mistake and I would be refunded. Well that refund never came.
AdSearch took over my account that was performing well and ruined it. Cost me thousands in lost sales traffic and ad spending. There are much better marketing companies out there.

We appreciate all customer reviews, however some customers leave out critical details and so I will fill those in.
Shortly after taking over this account, Customer removed one of the three items he had to sell-- this was the only low cost item he had in this product line. To make things worse, his two remaining items were several hundred dollars in price and his website looked like it was from the 1990's. Backing up, a functional and attractive website is critical for sales, especially high price items. It lends an air of credibility to the company, in the same way a BMW showroom does compared to a cheap, used-car salesman trailer in a parking lot. We offered to build him a website at cost, and later for free, just so we could increase his conversion rate, but the Customer declined. We have many examples of beautiful and functional websites we have built for our customers.
We are familiar with the company that was managing Customer's campaign before us. They are a great company, one of the top five in the world, but we always perform better because of the structure of our accounts and the adjustments we make from incoming data. For instance, recently we took over an account from that company that was getting a 242% return on ad spend. In the first month we have increased that to a 536% return on ad spend, and are seeing improvements in month two. This is normal for AdSearch.
With regard to the reviewing customer, it is difficult to make comparisons to previous performance when there are major changes made to the product line. We did our best despite this customer refusing to accept the best Google practices and hindering us on the website and associated landing pages that give the customer the confidence to buy. In other words, this website may have worked well to compel conversions for the lower ticket items and even propel up sells to the higher ticket items once the customer has seen the high quality of the customer's product in real life, but with only high ticket items, it is difficult to convince a customer to buy on such a website.
The linchpin of the customer's complaint is that we did not perform, until the end. This is not valid because the customer changed the nature of his business and restricted our ability to adapt and perform.

I normally don't do reviews, but I've worked with many companies in digital marketing and AdSearch is by far the best I've worked with. They communicate the work they are doing and get great results for my business. For the last year they've increased the clients coming into my business each month and reduced the cost of acquiring them--every single month things are on the up trend. Great company!

AdSearch appreciates all feedback. Thank you for taking the time to tell others about your experience. Most people, especially successful businesses that we work with, are far too busy to spend time doing a review. Thank you for your time.

this is solely based on receiving a few phone calls from Adsearch to 2 businesses I work for. They sales people are tactful with their aggressive approach by not mentioning who they work for (Though you can search the phone number they call from and find out very quickly what company they are form) and attacking you for your current marketing efforts to make you feel dumb and that what you are currently doing is not working. What they don't know is that I work with a very sophisticated tracking system and I do know what I spend and what is working and not working. So that approach did not work on me . Upon research through glass door, *** search and the Revdex.com, this company is not very professional to say the least. Previous employees state that they lie to their clients and do not follow through with what they promise and have a high turn over rate due to what I would call Shadiness to their employees. Do you research before doing business with this "***"

Thank you for your feedback, but I'd like to clarify after receiving the evidence that this review is based on and, consequently, what the reviewer's conclusions are based on.

First, with regard to the negative reviews on Glassdoor or otherwise, I'm really sorry but you're mistaken. Perhaps you clicked on the French "AddSearch" company or another likeness that isn't us. Looking to our reviews, in large we are proud of them. But like any company - whether mom-and-pop stores around the country or Apple, Disney, Verizon, or Comcast - negative and even false reviews are impossible to stop. We've even had competitor reviews come up claiming to be customers, which is absurd and malicious. (But due to Supreme Court rulings, this is something companies currently have to deal with.) In short, our reviews don't express a bad work environment-- instead they more or less reflect the same thing our customers know-- we will take care of their marketing needs as well or better than the other top-tier companies in our industry.

With that part of the review out of the way, let me address the merits/evidence of the review.

Four calls were recorded and attributed to AdSearch, however the first two weren't not from us. They weren't from our numbers, and didn't specify their employer's name, if any, and the name of the first person (M___ G___) was never an employee.

With regard to the two other calls that were us, one never got past the secretary and didn't do anything objectionable.

The other, however, did talk to the Marketing Manager (yourself), but only gathered information to assist in reviewing your marketing strategies. Nothing objectionable was stated and there was certainly nothing unprofessional.

I can say, however, there is a reason that individual is no longer with us. He didn't have the passion to sell people so that our marketing team can excel for them, as we do for hundreds of companies around the world every day.

The only aspect of these two interactions from us that I'm not proud of is the fact that our sales rep that gathered the information about your marketing was not able to transition that into an audit or full-scale review. I understand that you are doing well with a profitable return on your ad spend, but we've dealt with many large companies that were in the same position and who was thankful - ecstatic - after signing with us. Why were they so delighted? Because we took their efficiency way up.

One instance with R___ F____, who was spending $20,000 a month, but had massive waste. Despite their returns, we were able to reduce the spend to $6000 and change for the same results. That is a savings of $140,000 a year. Huge.

Another case is where G____, an online retailer, was doing well with a local Google Premier Partner at 800% ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) but in the first two months alone we've increased that to over 2100% ROAS and given them much more control over their individual products' marketing strategies. (They currently have over 2 million products.)

So in conclusion, I'm sorry that we weren't able to get in and show you what we do and how we can help.

I hope that this clarification inspires a change in your review.

AdSearch Response • Aug 28, 2019

Thank you for your feedback. Regarding your complaint, I listened to the voice recordings but didn't hear anything objectionable that came from our marketing specialists, but I understand sometimes it can be difficult when you receive multiple calls from marketing companies, especially when many of them don't have much to offer. What distinguishes us from the top-tier companies and Premier Google Partners is the quality of our PPC management, and the cost and effectiveness of our websites. I'm sure we could add value to your business by saving you time, reducing costs, and increasing conversions.
