concern.  It is our company policy for all our agents to work in a professional manner and it is very important to us that our agent meet our customer expectations.  We would like to apologize for any misunderstanding.  Per your request we process a total of 4 changes to your policy which created a premium increase, since the payment was not made this caused the policy to cancel. The amount paid to process the change did not cover your monthly payment and the new premium charge for the change. 
 
After reviewing your complaint we would like to extend the offer for a new policy.  We can apply the amount paid on 03/11/2015 to the new policy premium. We have several estimates for a new policy, these estimate range from $247 to $278 a month depended on the insurer.   Please contact your nearest office to obtain a new policy.
 
Thank you and once again we apologize for any inconvenience.

We would like to congratulate you on the purchase of your new vehicle.  Since the vehicle is a newer model then the previous vehicle on your policy this caused an increase in premium.  The address change and change in the main insured's driving record also caused the increase in premium, your monthly payment prior to the changes were lower than the new monthly payments after the change.  We understand this may be confusing to you and we are here to help you understand the policy changes.  We continue to extend the offer to use the funds paid to process the changes to a new policy, the new monthly payments are ranging from $247-$278. 
Please accept this offer as our apology for any misunderstanding.

I am rejecting this response because:
When I went in person I was given a price of $149 including the address change, new vehicle, removal of another vehicle and change of policy. I had to changed my policy to get the quote down to the $149 price. I truly do not appreciate their bait-and-switch business practice. We made a verbal agreement when I purchased the insurance. and unfortunately the agreement was breached on their end.

Review: I went to Adriana's insurance on March 11, 2015 to add on and delete a vehicle to my policy. We discussed different scenarios and they gave me different insurance company quotes. After adjusting my policy Maribel Nieto gave us an offer that we accepted. The offer included one payment of $143 for that day, march 11, 2015 and another payment at a later date. This date was never disclosed. After we made the $143 payment, Maribel told us wed be covered until next month in April. She told us our monthly payment would be $149. On march 26, 2015 my girlfriend received a phone call from Adrianas insurance that our policy was cancelled and we needed to pay I believe $345 to reactivate the policy. I called A[redacted] at 11:30 am and they told me that yes my monthly payment was $311 a month, however since I didn't pay they added $23 late fee. I then was placed on hold as I asked to speak to maribel. When they came back on the phone they told me that the manager would speak to maribel and they would call me back. I never received a call so I decided to go in person myself. At this point maribel is saying that my monthly payments would be $249 a month not $311 from what the had told me on the phone. I then told her that, thats not what I agreed on when I came in. She said she would call the insurance company and call me the next day. On March 27, 2015 I received a call from maribel stating that my monthly payment would be $311. Now it went from $311 to $249 now back to $311. That raises red flags and that is why I am reaching out to the Revdex.com.Desired Settlement: I'd like a refund of my $143
