Adore Hair Salon

My hair has been ruined after visiting ***. My hair is now red when I asked for a balayage. If she was not able to do what I had texted her and showed her she should have just been honest. I now have red hair when I asked for brown tones. I have to redo my hair elsewhere since I cannot be walking around this way. *** was reached to correct the issue but she said there is nothing more she can do and it was the closest she can get to the color. I am very dissatisfied since I have to pay now twice to have this corrected.
