Dr Sam E Moussa MD , scheduling,admitting, medical staff are phenomenal. Each department gave me the above and beyond service a person could ask for. I had some concerns on my upper and lower digestive system. Dr. Moussa was very clear and professionally explained the procedures .. He again visited me post procedure and professionally explained the findings very clearly ... Patiently . "Above and beyond" anything I have ever experienced. Again next morning I received a post procedure call to ask if I had any questions or concerns.

Now as patients we need to do our part and be patient even if it exceeds our appointment schedule. If we want the Dr to explain findings thoroughly let's give him the time. Every appointment can vary accordingly . " Please be patient"
