Dear Madam,
there seems to be a problem with customers at the moment thinking that there is no need to include their name, return address or at the very least order number with anything they send backThis Gentlemen's boots have been standing in New York for weeks without us having any way to
identify who they belong too or what to do with themIt was just a small matter of stretching one boot and re-attaching an eyeletThis has by now been done and the boots are on their way to the customer
One has to be able to *** ** *** ** ** *** *** ** * *** *** *** ***, realizing that without any data whatsoever they create a problem and than they scream for their money back for a custom made item where there is no return policy,

We were contacted by *** *** once on March **, He was letting us know that the shoes we made for him were a little too bigWe asked him to send pictures, which he eventually did, and we are now almost finished remaking them.
Although we typically state there is a 12-
week turn-around time, it does sometimes take longer due to international transit times since we make the shoes in Europe (our competition reports a turn-around time of up to months, so we are still providing a much faster service.)However, the customer has been notified of this and was told that he would have his shoes on his feet within the next 2-weeksI also updated him again today

Review: On 6/**/2013 I ordered a pair of shoes. The company sent me a pair of shoes that did not fit and had material defects. They requested that I return the shoes, at my expense, to resolve the issues. I did that on December *, 2013. Now the company will not respond to my inquiries about the status of the order, they will not send me what I ordered, and they will not refund my money. They are ignoring all my emails.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of my $735 plus the $40 in shipping charges I have incurred.
