ADL Construction

Review: ADL installed a new asphalt driveway at my home in Scarsdale last year. The driveway did not ever solidify correctly, which meant that cars turning in the driveway would leave gouges in the new surface. I requested Mr. [redacted] to remedy the situation. He promised to do so, even sending me a written statement of work to be performed at no cost, namely to completely remove the faulty asphalt in those areas where the gouges were occurring. I made repeated attempts to schedule this work to be done. It was promised repeatedly, but never done. Finally I received an email stating that now Mr [redacted] felt that all that was needed was a surface cover, and the email requested that I meet with him to discuss the situation, on a specific Saturday date. I emailed back, and phoned, to try to confirm a time. That was never done, and Mr. [redacted] never arrived that day. I followed up with a phone message, and an email. I've heard nothing in return in a week. Currently, have no faith that Mr. [redacted] and ADL would appropriately remedy their faulty work.Desired Settlement: I would like ADL to pay for the repair. I now have an estimate from another contractor, who would do a combination of repair using a hot press and sealant, but would not do this until the weather was warmer. It will cost $1000.

At this time, my complaint, ID [redacted] regarding ADL Construction has been resolved.

ADL contacted me, and has promised to do a repair of my driveway in April of 2014.

I believe that the message sent by the Revdex.com to ADL was very helpful, and I thank you for helping me with this problem.

I do believe that the correct repair will be done in April, but if not, I will contact you again.
