Adja's Hair Braiding & Weaving

I got my hair done on 02/21/19 which I asked for small braids. My appointment was at 8 but they did not start on my hair until after 9. At the shop friday the owner noticed my hair was being done wrong and she said to me her workers were nervous because they wanted to make sure they did a good job and she did my braids wrong. She said she was suppose to make my parts a bigger in order for my hair to be done correctly. She said no worries I will help her so she then ended up finishing my hair. Saturday is when I noticed a few braids had already come out but the shop had already closed. Come monday while at work I found a braid in my cubicle on the floor and noticed more braids in the back had come out along with my hair. I called and spoke with the owner explained the problem and she said to come up there. I arrived at the shop around 3:30 and the owner was not there. They called her to let her know I was waiting then she said she was picking up her granddaughter and that she was on her way. She asked could I show the worker my hair where the hair had come out. The owner did not come to the shop until after 4:30. She started with an attitude asking what's the problem. So again I'm telling her and showing her that her people messed up. She then asked with an attitude so what do you want me to do. I told her these braids need to come down and I would like partial money back and that her people messed up. She then got upset and started yelling to get out of her shop because I was the one who made her workers nervous and that's why my hair was messed up. I told her tou are the one who told me Friday your people messed up that's how you started to complete my braids. Then conversation then got heated and she said that she didnt care if I filed a complaint or post it to facebook, Instagram, or Twitter. I took my phone out to take a picture so that I could most certainly post when all of the worker ran up to me as if they were going to all try to fight saying dont take pictures. Then they called police
