minutes not over an hour from her statementI apologize since she gets in the room for the delay.Demanding payment before services is on my policy I usually take my payment before starting my service but for her it's in the middle of the service went my hair was deliver and I asked her if she can do me a favor ot let me stop the service and giving the fee so I can pay for the hair she said no problem and there was no complaint.I let her know because it is her first time to come, and we started late I told her that I will do the $length at for her because I was late.I did the service like I always do that way someone recommend me to her, She text me that hair is sticking out and I reply by asking her to call meso we can talk but I never received her callI sent youthe copy of the text and my reply.I have a witness when I was asking for the payment and she never complained that time, she also left without saying that she is not satisfied with the hairstyle.So in my policy you need to complain before leaving the shop or if she want me to do again she haveto agree to pay half price because it more than week and it take six hours.I apologize for the issues and I ready to solve it in a reasonable way.Thankyou
